The FIFA Fan Festival™ Miami will take place at Bayfront Park, located in the heart of Downtown Miami along Biscayne Bay.

Know Before You Go
Entry & Security
- BAG POLICY: Only clear bags (Maximum size 12" x 6 " x 12") are permitted. Small clutch bag (up to 4.5" x 6.5") are allowed. All bags are subject to inspection
- ENTRY SCREENING: All guests will undergo metal detector screening and bag checks. Please arrive early to allow time for these procedures.
Food & Beverage Policy
Outside food and beverages are not allowed, with the exception of:
- Baby food and formula
- Medically necessary items (subject to inspection)
- One sealed plastic water bottle per person (up to 500ml)
Accessibility & Service Animals
- Accessible viewing areas are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- ADA-Compliant parking
- Please keep personal items clear of accessible pathways available
- Only ADA-defined service animals are allowed. Emotional support, therapy, or companion animals are not permitted. Service animals must be leashed, harnessed, and under control at all times.
Venue Guidelines & Guest conduct
- Smoking, including e-cigarettes and vaping, is prohibited
- Guests may be removed for disruptive behavior intoxication, or violating rules
- Lost & Found is located near the main entrance. Items held for 3 days
- This is a rain-or-shine event; umbrellas are not permitted. Bring a poncho or rain jacket.
Media & Signage policy
- Professional recording equipment is not permitted without prior approval
- Handheld phones and small cameras are allowed
- No live streaming or broadcasting from inside the venue
- Political, offensive, or commercial signs are not permitted
- Unauthorized promotional materials are prohibited
- Only approved vendors may distribute flyers or branded materials
Need Assistance
- Information booths are located throughout the venue
- Medical tents are available on-site and staffed with trained personnel

Weather Policy
The event operates rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, guests should follow instructions from event staff, law enforcement, and emergency personnel. Weather alerts and operational updates may be communicated on-site and through official event channels.

Security Procedures
- All guests and items are subject to search. FIFA Fan Festival™ security will determine whether an item is permitted inside the FIFA Fan Festival™
- FIFA Fan Festival™ does not provide storage and will not accept, hold, or secure items for guests whose items are denied entry. Confiscated items will be discarded.
- Guests have a right to refuse the search and exit FIFA Fan Festival™ with no admittance
- The safety of fans and attendees is of paramount concern. FIFA Fan Festival™ reserves the right to deny entry to any person or item that organizers and/or security personnel deem dangerous.
